Barbara Gölz, CEO 50 Millisekunden, Germany, has more than a decade experience in project management and usability consulting for interactive web projects. She is visiting lecturer for project management at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany.

Barry McMullin, is Director of RINCE Research Institute for Innovative Engineering Technologies at Dublin City University. His main research interest is in Artificial Life and he is a member of the Editorial board of the Artificial Life Journal. His secondary research interest is the area of Web Accessibility, engineering web sites and services to best meet the requirements of all users, specifically including those with disabilities.

Brenda Mallinson, Programme specialist for learning technologies at the South African Institute for Distance Education (SAIDE), and research associate at Rhodes University, South Africa.

John Traxler, Professor of Mobile Learning and Director of the Learning Lab at the University of Wolverhampton, UK.

Liam Twomey, CTO of Fluid Rock, Dublin, Ireland, is responsible for monitoring and implementing WAI Accessibility Standards and general usability of all Fluid Rock UI related projects (websites, CD-Roms, DVD’s, Apps, etc) and has worked as a Technical Director for the past 10 years.

Magreth Mushi, is Associate Director (Educational Technology) at the Open University of Tanzania, Assistant Lecturer in the Faculty of Science and Technology, Project Manager for the Open University Tanzania ICT Capacity Building project and associate researcher for the Tanzanian Universities in the East African Universities ICT Accession Project.

Matthias Müller-Prove, User Experience Principal and Manager Software Development with Oracle, Hamburg, Germany

Mmamakanye Pitse-Boshomane, Meraka Institute, CSIR, South Africa, is Senior Researcher at CSIR Meraka Institute, South Africa and Network Coordinator of Living Labs in Southern Africa (LLiSA) and has run a world cafe together with Sabine Moebs previously.

The workshop organizer is Sabine Moebs, an IRCSET Fellow, currently working with RINCE, Dublin City University, Ireland and Fluid Rock, researching an Accessibility‐based Software Engineering Framework for User Experience across Multiple Devices in collaboration with FluidRock.
